What if the profile manager does not answer my private message?

I always take a peek at their profile and click on 'xxx/s contributions' ... in this case, for the profile you listed, the 'manager' has not made a contribution since February 2012 ... so, I don't think you're ever going to get a response.  I'd read and follow the things in the link Eowyn posted.
