Why is my Uncle's picture being used as a picture of Collin McKinney b 1766?

Question

The picture in question is one of my Uncle Collin Benton McKinney b 1902 and appeared on Ancestry Czarowitz Family Tree. It was in a private Family collection before that.

He has a great Bio written on his memorial page. Maybe someone in your family line put it up

Jon, are you referring to an image that is on WikiTree too ? Or is it displayed on someone's Family Tree at Ancestry. com ?

If you have a tree up at Ancestry and did not privatize your photographs, anyone can download them.
