I need help with repeated reference tags.

Question

I think I did the tags the same way I have done them before, but instead of repeating, the references show up as blank with new numbers.  see reference numbers 9 and 10 for Jackson-17003, which should be 7 and 8 repeated.  Can some one help me out with this?

Steven, I think your problem is that on references 9 and 10, there is a space after "death" and after "grave" and before the /.  I did not change it so you could see the difference.

I tried taking the space out, but it didn't fix the problem.

Ah, I didn't see that the original references had italic quotes, and the repeated references had straight quotes.  I made them the same and the references work now.
