How do I add to Related Surnames tag?

 Top Right says: Followed Tags. Scroll down & click edit tags and tag comments,  Limit is 20 I think you have 19 now.

I am trying to add to the related surname spellings at the top of a surname page.

eg: some profiles have lnab de Chalon and some under Chalon. When you look up the de Chalons, you dont get directed to the related surname of Chalon and all the other spelling variations.

 

Who can add these variations to the related surnames at the top of a surname page?
