Mary Ann died about 1926 in Norfolk, Va. She was the mother of 10-12 children. I cannot locate the marriage record with Jonathan Richardson to determine her maiden name. Her residence in 1880 was Capeville, Northampton County, Virginia. I do not know her exact birthplace... I just believe she was born in Virginia.

Looks like she was born in 1852 and died in 1926 if cemetery info is correct.

Did not find an indication of her maiden name.

According to her death record, her father was I Richardson.and husband

was J.D Richardson. Now this is not concrete evidence, but people did

marry cousins back then.Woul be interesting to know if any of children

    has birth defects.

I've seen this record and thought the listed father may have been an error. Never considered married cousins! Very disturbing though.
