Looks like the uncle has become "confused" with the nephew. The younger Richard doesn't match his own bio.
This may have something to do with Eleanor Camoys having Plantagenet ancestry (though the line given by Foster is broken).
I'd suggest rejecting the Richard merge, keeping the parents and dates, losing the nephew's wife and child.
Also, the younger Richard's Ortnaca source is unsourced. All we really get from Richardson is that Roger and Eleanor had a son called Richard, and Roger had a half-brother Richard Esq.
Ortnaca is generally reliable where it cites a reliable source. Beyond that, dubious stuff sneaks in. Especially, people with royal ancestry acquire dubious children.
