If the only "trusted list" person dies, what then happens with their account? Can their contributions never be used?

Hi Ray,

Sadly, we've had to face this a number of times at WikiTree.

If we can't contact a family member who can take over private profiles, they need to be deleted. However, public and open profiles can stay on WikiTree. These profiles are "orphaned" and become open for adoption by other members.
