Since we're always talking about April Showers bring May Flowers, or the coming of Spring and the changing of seasons, how about a pair of scientists who had an impact on the science of weather?

Thomas Corwin Mendenhall was a scientist who founded the Ohio State Meteorological Service.

Vincent Schaefer was the scientist who first documented and founded the science of cloud seeding, which brings showers.

Another thought - along the lines of April Showers - how about a Singin' in the Rain theme?

Donald O'Connor and Gene Kelly are not connected yet - Donald does not have a profile, and Gene does, but it's unconnected.
