How do I add a picture to a profile that is an MSWord file (xxx.doc).

I know when you go to add a picture, the instructions say it has to be a pdf, jpeg, etc file.  But I don't have it that way. I had a large pdf file where I managed to extract one small picture and the only thing I could copy it to was an MSWord (xxx.doc) file. So now I have the picture (it is fairly large and nice and clear) and I want to upload it to the profile for this person)

Help (from someone who is not very computer literate)

Right click the picture in the MS Word document and chose save as, then select your pictures from the left list and a folder for it to be placed into. It should work just the reverse of inserting a picture into a document in MS Word.

An alternate method from David's ... which I'm sure works as well.  What I do is: display the picture/page I want, then a ''Print Screen' (it's like a shift and one of the keys in the top row of your keyboard).  Then I open the Paint program and do a paste.  Then I can crop and resize and do what I want ... when done with my messing around ... File/Save As ... pick JPEG and then enter the folder and file name.  Back to WikiTree and download that file ... voila!
