Location help for Michigan Marriage Records

I have a brick wall, Mary Matilda Robertson, that was possibly married in Detroit, Wayne.  There is an entry in the marriage records there for a marriage between a Mr. George West and Mary Matilda Robertson on 24 Sep 1874.

My problem is that the residence place says Windsor C. W.  I am not sure what that means. I see in looking that Detroit and a Canadian town of Windsor butt up against each other, but as I read down further, there are other residence places of Mercey C. W. and Fitchburg C. W.  which I cannot identify. What does C. W. stand for?

Lance, I find the FamilySearch wiki an invaluable resource for everything genealogical. That and Google.
