Marriages were allowed back then girls 12 years old boys 14.So the record

of that birth in 1798 is wrong.Archibald would have been born 1770-1778.

I will look for another birth record for Archibald.I have 5 children attributed

too them.Will send later.When i get his birth record,

Ayr Scotland,Father George Campbell,Mother Agnes Williamson.

He was 29 when marries Johanna Crawford.Older than the norm,but well

within the realm of possibility.Now we could go further back since we know

mother and father names.
