In talking about Consanguinity we would normally only talk about the closest blood relationship two people share - but for a little mental exercise try determining all the different ways (based only on this extracted family tree) husband and wife Gerrit and Geertruida (far right of the chart) are related (count each n-tuple cousin as n relationships - i.e. a double cousin counts as 2).
