You can look in the "Irish Roots" category of WIkiTree.  There are people listed there who have been identified as from County Roscommon.

There are probably many more that have not been identified as to the county in Ireland where their ancestors lived.  Irish Roots has people whose area in Ireland is unknown, too.   -NGP
Can't tell if you are looking for a source or collecting names.

One source, of names, is the 1901/1911 census in Ireland. Local names would still be local, even though many moved to USA.

Just started here and haven't gone back that far yet but I am sure that I descended from Michael Finneran from Roscommon born in about 1836.
My great grandfather Peter Coughlan came from Roscommon.  I also have just started out here. My wiki ID is Coughlan 784.
If you find any, please add to https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:County_Roscommon%2C_Emigrants_to_United_States  (or a sub-category for state). Only one person recorded so far!

Just did an interesting search on FamilySearch.

https://familysearch.org/search/record/results?count=20&query=%2Bbirth_place%3ARoscommon~%20%2Bbirth_year%3A1825-1845~%20%2Bresidence_place%3AMassachusetts~%20%2Bresidence_year%3A1845-1870~

Parameters were:

Names: Both Blank

Birth: Roscommon, 1825 - 1845

Residence: Massachusetts, 1845 - 1870

Surprise, a bunch of 1860 US census forms had birthplace Roscommon Co., Ireland. May be other census years (I didn’t check all the hits) but it generated 400,000+ hits!

Didn’t expect this result.

Well, here are the current profiles categorized with County Roscommon.

http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:County_Roscommon

Not many so it will be easy to see if they have US Ancestors.

Here is another guy.  I think I just made up a non-existing category.
