Hi Andrea, It seems the other person who needs to approve the merge is not responding. You will need to wait. If one or both managers do not respond merges will automatically be approved 30 days after the merge was proposed.
Because the other profile has a "green" privacy level, I'm going to make a suggestion that you send a trusted list request to the manager of Harvey-2855. You'll find a link to do that on the right hand side of the page. Make sure to tell her your relationship to Margaret. Ask her to make you a manager also. Then you will be able to approve the merge from the other profile.
If she doesn't respond in seven days. go to the Family tree and Tools Tab on Harvey-2855. Way at the bottom there is a link for Unresponsive Profile Manager Form. There are a couple of other things you have to do, but then send in the form. You can take a look at the form now, and do the other things now also.
