Yes, although very distantly.   According to their wikitree profiles, they are 14th cousins four times removed.   It is possible further research will reveal a closer relationship.

Emily Dickinson is descended from Nathaniel Dickinson, founder of the largest group of Dickinsons in colonial New England. I assume the question relates to John Dickinson, who married the daughter of Mayflower passengers John and Elizabeth (Tilley) Dickinson, a totally different family.

The fourteenth generation cousin relationship may be spurious. I'll check and come back.
