Hi Butch. I have a John Powell Jr. in my family tree. He was born in 1735 (not sure if birth date is correct) and died in 1789. He married Rachel Powell (b. Lee) , she was born 1738 and died in 1768. They had 7 daughters and 4 sons. The daughter's names were , Charity , Chlore , Edith , Zilpha , Esther , Mary , and Elizabeth. Their son's names were , Issac, Barnabas , Absalom , and John.
John Jr's father's name was John Powell Sr. He was born in 1671 and died in 1749. John Jr.'s mother's name was Ester Powell (b. Bowels). John Sr.'s father's name was Richard Powell Jr. , he was born in 1645 and died in 1673. John Sr. 's wife's name was Susannah Powell (Clements) , she was born in 1670 and died in ?.Richard Jr.'s father's name was Richard Powell Sr. , his wife's name was Elizabeth Powell (b. Boulding).
