Possible family of William Yarwood, Australian convict. (1793)

Hi, I'm trying to find the family (mainly parents or siblings) of William Yarwood (http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Yarwood-84) who was born 1793 in Cheshire, England. He is listed as a convict from Cheshire to Australia alongside possibly a brother or cousin, Thomas Yarwood (http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Yarwood-73) on the Indefatigable in 1815 (http://www.convictrecords.com.au/ships/indefatigable/1814).

I've discovered that Thomas Yarwood listed above, has a brother by the name of William Yarwood (http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Yarwood-131) also born in Cheshire, England, but in 1794. I have no proof they're the same person but I think it's quite possible. If anyone could help me find William Yarwood's family I'd be very thankful.

William and Thomas were thought to use Woods as a surname as well.

I have seen that discussion a few times when researching Thomas and William, but unfortunately it seems to only really discuss Thomas' family. Thank you, I'll just have to keep looking!

 I noticed that William's brother/cousin Thomas was listed as being born in Weaverham. In the England and Wales Christening index there is the following entry:
