Nansemond county, Virginia sources

Hello, I have various sources for Nansemond co., VA. Virginia land patents, Vestry Book entries, Tax lists, Deeds, clerk fees book, census, and from 1852 the death and marriage records for the Rawls family.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any other records I can check and where they are located? I have just a few newspaper articles and notices too and a few Bible records. I KNOW there are some records in ENGLAND but don't know where those records are.

I have abstracted the above for books but still need more records for completion.

I've had luck with JSTOR searches for information on early Virginia settlers - see http://www.jstor.org/
I thank you very much Liz, I have hundreds of pages of documentation from Nansemond county, Virginia, but alas, true research is NEVER done.

Bobby
