Dorthy S Delaney born 1908 in Easthampen Mass. How can I find who she married?

I cant find any more info on her I know her parents were

What else do you know about the family? I see them in the 1910 and 1920 census -- still in Easthampton -- but not after; what happened after?

Here is the story Grama who was Gladys Delaney Married my grampa Charile Pickering , Gladys told me that Dorthey married... She died after the 7 or 8 child in birth..of the last child..i was able to find her marrage in mass.. i gave all that info to my grama in her bible before she past.. However it got lost.. I know she married in a church in  I think Easthampton..I think her last name stared with a M Grama told me that they were also in a orphange for a while and Dorthey ran away.. I have been looking again for a long time and got no place.. Thanks for you Help
