You also need to review your gedmatches. Did you get an email from Eowyn@wikitree.com ? If not, email her.

Sometimes for the first gedcom upload, it is recommended a smaller number like 50-100. That's why John posted the splitting a gedcom link.

Andrew, I proposed two merges for identical profiles. That will help your tree shape up better before the next gedcom is attached.
