I need help Mom not a brewer but and Utley?

Question

I feel like I do not even know who my family is anymore. My Mom was a whole different name and I now may be related to the Utleys? The Birth certificate is old and the hand writting is hard to read ..I found a lot of paperwork but I am just lost , really confused.
