Is anyone planning to write a book or something to help people who are new and inexperienced? Is there any reason why such a book couldn't be written?

Why don't you do it yourself?  You've certainly been busy the past few weeks, at least.  I say this because I've been busy on g2g myself and we've been swapping the lead as we race toward Mach 5.  I think you may have a clear shot now as I have a bunch of stuff to do the rest of the day (including taxes).

I might do that, Dave. I'm just plodding along. Happy racing!
Keep stocking the shelves, John!
