I wanted to share this family photo of Robert Gill with the community. Location: Ft Bliss, El Paso, Texas. Date: 1917.

Last US Army Unit to be horse mounted. believe this was in El Paso, Texas at Fort Bliss. As a kid, I remember playing on the horse saddle from his Army days, kept on a sawhorse in the basement.
