Working with Line Spacing

Hi there! I was wondering how to arrange lines of text so you can have a list of people or ships without double spacing inbetween. Check out the listed page, Immigrants to North America, below. Right after where it says Mary and John in bold, there is a list of names on the same few lines. What I was hoping in achieving was to have each name listed to have their own line without double spacing. I am not sure to how do that - in the edit box they are listed on their own lines, but it is not the case in the preview. When I try to remedy that and add extra lines, they show up as double spaced. Is there a way to work around that? Thanks.

Best answer

add : (a colon) at the beginning of each line or <br/> at the end of each line

There are other ways to make lists

# at the beginning makes numbered lists

* makes bulleted lists.
