I cannot find where to go to to either complete or delete.

On April 3rd, you uploaded "Bronwyn Complete Family_2016-04-03_01.ged". This file is too large to import, therefore you have to delete it. Look at your contribution list and find this upload file on  "3 April 2016". Click on the .ged file name. This should bring up a page that will allow you to delete it.
