Would a down loadable manual on how to use WikiTree be Usefull?

Question

As a beginner I would find such a manual extremely helpful.  It would contain all the features of WikiTree and explanations of drop down menus etc etc IN ONE PLACE.  A guide, a reference and how to do.  I realize that a lot of work would be required to do this.  How ever, most of the explanations are already done but are scattered through the site.  It would be nice to bring them together using the KISS principle - Keep It Simple Success.

It certainly would! I find the example pages where you can look at the actual coding very useful.

Hi. I am a "newbie" "greenhorn" "beginner" to Wiki tree. Even with the style guide and other help, I am still confused about when to add categories (and subcategories), when to use projects or space pages, where to find the wikispace pages I create, and the format/code. I think a downloadable guide would be helpful (or perhaps a more in depth explanation about using projects versus space pages).

I am new to the site and would love something like this. I feel like I've made so many mistakes already and can't fix them. For instance, when I initially made my tree, I wish I would have omitted all of my living family members. Now, I am more careful about what I add and try to finish every profile I create as much as possible before moving along, but I didn't start out that way!

Also, I'm sure there are many helpful resources I'm not seeing simply because there is just so much valuable information all over this site. Even though I already started, I don't know where to begin.

It would be helpful.  However, it would need to have updating links embedded and possibly a notification to download an addendum/new version for new features as Chris announced today on X-matches.
