Merging Multiple Profiles? Take the Express Bus.

Question

Want to know how to merge multiple profile for the same person?  Your merges want to go from point A to point B the fastest and easiest way possible. Think about a bus traveling along.

That looks like two merges, no? I have found exactly this scenario, triplicates of a guy.

Yes when you have triplicates merge Smith-301 into Smith-6 and merge Smith 210 into Smith-6. That way there's only one bus stop between each merge.

The other way is two merges also Smith-301 into Smith-210, then Smith-210 into Smith-6. The difference is that everytime someone links to and old Smith-301, the computer has to stop twice to get to Smith-6
