Unsure of what to do here.  This man died in hospital overseas so not sure how I would indicate that??  How do I chose which heading to implement.  He died in Service to his country (Canada) but to not fighting like his brother.

You'll want to edit the profile to use square brackets [[Category:Roll of Honor]] and not braces/curly brackets {{Category:Roll of Honor}}.

What I would do put the place he died (even the hospital name if you have that) in the Death Place field, then in the biography go into detail about why he was there and how he served his county. You can also indicate where he was buried (whether oversees or Canada) to add to the story in the biography.

I hope I understood your question correctly - otherwise... disregard this :)
