Photos with unsourced profiles

I'm slightly confused. SOME of the photos I've looked at for Photo_of_the_Week appear to be "copied" from other places, such as FindAGrave, or Wikipedia, or some other site. Do THESE photos qualify as "entries"?? (see one example)

Another situation that I notice, are photos linked to "unsourced" profiles. When I look at a photo, to consider as a "Photo of the Week" - I look at the profile where it links to. If the photograph isn't a "family" photo, or the profile is incomplete, how could I quantify voting for such an entry?

I do agree that the photo for the profile you used as an example looks just like the one on Find A Grave. For that reason they should not be on WikiTree unless the poster from there has given permission.
