G2G: Could a category wizard please help me set up a county sub-category under Ontario Cemeteries

Question

I'm trying to add St. Peter's Cemetery, Mississauga, Ontario, but the subcategory Peel County, Ontario, Cemeteries needs to be added first under Ontario Cemeteries and I can't figure out how to do that. Thanks!

I just managed to figure it out without crashing the entire category, but thanks so much for your offer. Sometimes I just need to take a deep breath and jump in.
