Is Caermorthern just a different spelling of Carmarthen?

I was checking on "wanted cats" (categories added to a profile page that don't yet exist) & found Category: Caermorthern, Wales. I'm guessing it's the same as Carmarthen, Wales (which is in Carmarthenshire), but don't really know. Is it?

A town in a county see Wikipedia -> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carmarthen

Carmarthen (/ˌkɑːrˈmɑːrðən/ kar-mar-dhənWelshCaerfyrddinpronounced [kɑːɨrˈvərðɪn]) is a community in, and the county town of,CarmarthenshireWales

Did not find Caermorthern, Wales, which I assume is a different way to spell the town and county.
