Find a Surname in Unsourced Profiles

+13 votes
This is an old issue unresolved or I can't find the solution - but we still need to click dozens of pages to get to Ho from Ha in the unsourced profile categories.  Or type in  "find" in the entire category?

LIke Rootsweb or some search engines, can't ladders (for lack of better word) be used:  S > Sa, Sc Se to narrow it down?

This project is great, getting them all sourced.  I'd like to help but my wrist is wearing out.  Any other ideas?

Hi Barbara!  Hey, I know this one!  Use this URL:

Replace "Smith-1" with your surname of choice -1.

BEAUTIFUL!!   So easy!!!  My jaw hurts I'm grinning so big.  Thank you much, Kitty!
Can't remember who helped me with that, but some nice lady came to my rescue when I was trying to get to the Smiths.
Nice ladies follow nice ladies!  Say, can you tell me how to remove an unsourced person from the Unsourced Profiles List - after to source it?
Yes, delete the Unsourced tag at the top of the biography section.  That tag puts the profile on the list, and deleting it removes the profile from the list.
