Using data from another contributor not on wikitree

I'm trying to help with Unsourced Profiles.  There is one that has little on it but years ago someone sent me a good deal of information on this lady.  I have no way of contacting her now to ask for permission but do have her name.  Can I copy paste what she sent me (edit as to appropriateness - lots of personal memories) but also has some sources.  Or is this "unethical".  It's been almost year since the mgr created it.

Is there any way you can add..................".info from such and such". That would be appropriate I think.
I can add her name, no email or other identifying info.  She has enough factual data that it can be used as a source and I can certainly credit her research as "First hand researcher and direct descendant .  . . I doubt there is precedent but just don't want to get into a privacy issue with anyone
Just be sure to cite it well.

"Research of (Name), provided to (your name linked to your profile), (date of approx date)."
Jillianne - boy it may be frustrating to try to figure things out but I'm sure learning some neat tricks through you all.  Thanks for the template up there to cite a person as a direct source!! Great!

I would certainly use such information, though the context might change my mind.  People seeing the information would certainly find it useful to know who gave you the information,  Assuming you have privacy settings correct, and the information isn't the sort which could be damaging to a living person, go ahead.  If you think there could be a problem, you might be able to find another person (not your source) to see if it's ok.  But let such person know who would or wouldn't be able to see it.

Dave, I'll go that route and be sure not to include anything but basics.  You never know, the contributor may be a sister of the person who gave it to me.  I'll do it courteously and hope for no flashback . . . appreciate your answer!
