Looking for passenger lists of people leaving Ireland bound for Scotland between 1854 and 1856.

I believe my second Great Grandfather William Spence immigrated to Scotland fron Ireland with wifi Sarah and children between 1854 & 1856. Where is the best place to look for the passenger list. Can't find it on Ancestry and didn't 't find Irish Roots much help....Thanks.Draper 917

When William Spence born,do you know County in Ireland,Where he and Sarah lived in USA.Do you Know Sarah maiden name,Names of children

and dates.Often people will immigrate to Canada first and then later cross

border To USA.Usually they settle northern border states  USA  too

Canada.Look in U.K. too Canada Immigration.Put that in Google,they will list sites you can look on,Meanwhile send me everything you know

about them and there family.

Thanks for responding. I believe William Spence was born in 1815 in Antrim Northern Ireland. His wife was Sarah McCormick born in 1819 in Kircubbin Ireland.  His children born in Ireland were David abt 1836, Eliza abt 1842, Marsalla abt 1844, John abt 1852, Mary 1854. In 1856 they had a son William born in Scotland. I descend from Marsalla.  After William Spence Sr died, Sarah immigrated directly to Indiana with her youngest daughter Jane Spence Potts.  She lived with her daughter and family till her death in 1907.  According to her obituary she had 14 children, 9 of whom passed away in her life time. She was a member of the Methodist Church. I have had many endearing stories about her.  Before she was married her brother was terrible ill.  She use to sit up at night with him to throw logs on the fire. She knew he liked his pipe so she use to light it for him and place it between his lips.  As a consequence of doing this she became addicted to pipe smoking herself.  I hope you do not mind my relating this to you.  To me it is such an endearing story.  Once again thank you so much for helping me.  Much appreciated.  Irene Pantalone - Canada
