Why have my access to pre 1500 profiles been ignored when I have posted these Bruce profiles with sources

My family has spent over 30 years establishing our Bruce Australia line with Robert de Bruce and I posted profiles establishing this link an but cant access or get any response to my request to access my profiles to add these sources. Wiki trees policy notes on the website it's main aim is to connect these world families with each other but I feel it is denying families like mine the right to connect them with their ancestors

Two publications have been created which acknowledge this link the Hatch Family in Australia by my aunt Marion Warman and The Bruce's of Kildrummie by Hugh Glendenning  Bruce  But despite my requests  and explaining this my application has been ignored Further I understand given my lineage relates to one of the most prestigious of these family trees the policy is being contravened.

Hi Jeanne, If you have not done so, please read the requirements for working on pre-1500 profiles. It appears to me that you've not been here long enough to meet the first one (you're a few days short).

In the next few days, look for a profile (or start a new one) that is pre-1700 or project protected, that you believe you've done good work on. See the # 2 requirement. You will be asked to point to it. Then please request to be added to the list of pre-1500 certified people

If you'd like someone to look at a profile prior to asking for certification, just send me a message.

They should probably be more upfront about the restrictions before people join.

Apparently a decision has been made that very few people need access to pre 1500 profiles. Once you type in the date, you need pre 1500 certification to edit those profiles.

It is not like the pre 1700 quiz.  You have to request it and I don't remember from whom.

This is where all the information about the Pre-1500 badge is laid out,
