How do I add to a cell a yellow label with text on it.?

There should be a "Fill" function that allows you to color the cell, choosing from a color picker. Whatever is typed in the cell will appear on the color.

No. I wanted a pop-up label. Not the base text on a different colour.

so the base text might read John Smith and the label tel:01658329
