Where are they from and abt years ???
Dear Nick,

I looked at the 1910 census page you posted for Conly D Walton.  Here is  how I interpreted it.  Maybe this will give you a new idea.

Seery E Davis is the head of the family.  She is age 41 and has been married to her listed husband Jefferson Davis for less than one year.  She is also shown as the mother of six children, with four of those still living.  Conly is age six, and listed as son.  This indicates to me that he was a child of her previous marriage to ___ Walton.  There should be other children of the previous marriage that can be found.

Hope this helps!  -NGP
Thanks for looking!

Sorry, I thought that using the [[---]] would provide a quick link. Here are their profiles:

Yes, I had found those two items but am still struggling with constructing a family unit--I've spent some time looking into the Grayson County Waltons and cannot quite get these two placed into the family although I'm near certain that they belong with us.

Thanks again,

Nick

Dear Nick,

Here is the WWI Draft Registration for Charlie Sebert Walton.  On it, he says he is responsible for a brother who is dependent on him.  That would usually be a boy under age 12.  Also, he is working with Tom Walton - you can investigate that relationship.

"United States World War I Draft Registration Cards, 1917-1918," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:K6ZM-YPK : accessed 27 April 2016), Charlie Sebert Walton, 1917-1918; citing Grayson County, Virginia, United States, NARA microfilm publication M1509 (Washington D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, n.d.); FHL microfilm 1,984,717.

Happy hunting!  -NGP
