Need a merge from a Pre-1500 Certified member

I am not allowed to merge Capet-154 into Capet-16 (or Capet-16 into Capet-154).  I get this message: Pre-1500 Certification is required to complete this merge.

Would someone make this merge please.

The PPP would have to be changed first.  If they don't get around to it first,you can remove the merge request, change her first name and use her for another profile.

Just make sure to use the same last name.
