Info on Otto & Rosa Moser immigrated to NY from Germany in 1870's?

My maternal grandfather's mother maiden name was Moser, she (Rosa) and her brother Otto came to NY from Germany. I think it was around 1870's? Rosa later married Earl Wieland and they settled in Phila., PA. Looking for any info. on them.

Possible family.  All from familysearch.org.  In 1880 census a Rosa and Otto are living with parents Frederick and Fredericka in Phil, PA.

In 1900 census, Fred/Fredericka/Otto are living at the same address as Rosa Weiland and her husband 'Charles' Weiland and their 6 children.  Birth year/month are given for all.
