What is the maiden name of Asenath Race born about 1819 in Essex.

My 2nd great grandmother, Asenath Race was born at Great Oakley, Essex, England in about 1819. She married John Race in about 1844 and in the 1851 census they had 3 children. Mary Ann age 7, John age 5, and William age 2 . Could someone please help with actual dates and Asenath's maiden name and siblings?

This is most likey Asenath in th 1841 Census, living in Great Oakley.

Their is a Charlotte Gallon noted as well, which may be her sister.
