I've posted my brother's test on his profile. You shouldn't add it to your profile, however.
If his profile is private change it to one of the yellow-orange profiles otherwise I don't believe his DNA will be available. I could be wrong about this. And the same goes for your profile, a yellow-orange one is good.

Hi Lise, Rosemary is correct.  All DNA tests must go on the profile for the actual test participant.  You should enter your brother's information on his profile.

You should set his privacy and yours to Private with a Public Family Tree because WikiTree uses the Public FamilyTree to  generate the appropriate DNA connections from the participant down his/her list of ancestors.

I use Private with a Public FamilyTree AND Biography, so my auDNA test propagates along my family lines accordingly:  http://www.wikitree.com/genealogy/Cooper-Family-Tree-1. As does my brother's on his profile: http://www.wikitree.com/genealogy/Cooper-Family-Tree-5404
