New here! Researching the west coast of Sweden and Greek ancestors

+6 votes

Hi everyone,

I'm from Sweden researching my scattered family. My maternal grandfather is a descendat of maritime pilots and beach scatterlings from the west coast of Sweden such as Rönnäng Hättan, Tjörn, common names are the traditional Johansson, Nilsson, Svensson, Rasmusson etc. My maternal grandmothers family is from Germany Lindner, Winter.

My fathers side is Greek and there is where I hit a wall, seeing as I do my research from Sweden. Kotulia, Kotoulias, Deli are names from that family branch.

I have some blank spots and would love some help but I also have some insight in some of my family on my mothers side which I would love to share.

So I'm happy to be here!
