How do I find their adopted names?

Sarah and Louise Schleicher were adopted out due to their fathers death in 1913 or 1914 I know Sarah's Married name is Fritz but I don't have Louise's married name only birth name. They were both adopted out Separately to different families so using their half so using their half sister  that  was also adopted by Porters is not an option. And I am not sure what their half sisters maiden name is since she was born out of wedlock but their mother was a widow so I don't know if her birth name would be Schleicher the previous husbands name since her mother kept the name after being widowed or Watson her mothers maiden name. I also have their have sisters married name already since her husband is living I may have misspelled it though. I just want to get their adopted names then I can probably find their marriages myself. I also know sarah's husband 1st name is Robert if that helps. And I tried using search to figure out how to find their adopted names it pretty much showed resources for people that are adopted looking for birth families, I couldn't find anything on how to find the adoption info when you know birth name. Also Sarah's sister was about 105 when she died so I don't think theirs would be private and their younger sister knew the details of her adoption and so did her siblings so hers was an open adoption so her sisters probably were also. If it makes a difference their adoptions were in 1813 or 1841 their half sisters was 1821.  I have the details for the half sister since her husband is also my cousin so I am only looking for and Sarah and Elizabeth not hers. Also their half sisters living husband is a cousin to them and not their sister since he is their father's cousin so his last name being Schroeder wouldn't help plus they were adopted by non relatives.

I also am looking for information.  My grandmother was born 10/10/1910 in Phillips, WI and adopted out to a family in Dunn County, unsure of adoption date.  DNA traces back to Sarah Watson somehow.  We know that she had a younger sister that was adopted as well but we are unable to confirm any positive matches or any other information.
