Your Watchlist is a list of all the profiles that you are either the manager of or are on the trusted list. You can access your watchlist from the drop down menus in the upper right corner under My WikiTree > almost at the bottom. So mostly they are profiles you created or adopted or occasionally if you ask other managers to add you to the list.
