Normally if you do not log out manually you stay logged in even if you shut down your compouter and turn it back on at a later time and go back to WikiTree. I very seldom log out. Most likely she is entering her e mail or password incorrectly or does not remember them.
Retrieving your WikiTree account
If you have used WikiTree before, you should still be able to login using the same e-mail address and password you used in the past.
If you don't know your password, you can have one e-mailed to you from a button on the login page. See Passwords.
If you don't have access to your old e-mail account, you'll need to contact us at info@wikitree.com. Be sure to give the WikiTree ID/URL of your account page and let us know something that will enable us to verify your identity, e.g. a birthdate or relationship that you know is on the account but isn't public.
Lost Passwords
If you lose your password, simply enter your e-mail address on the login page and click the button that says "E-mail me a password."
You will be e-mailed a temporary password. When you login with your temporary password you will be invited to create a new password.
