Need help citing a source for microfilm of court records

How does one cite a source for an extract done from microfilm of court records?  I have the name and number of the microfilm reel, where I accessed it years ago, the name of the court case it concerns, and the notes I took from the film. Unfortunately I did not make a copy of the film at the time I viewed it.  It is probably available on line by now but I'm not sure of that.

I would like to use it as the source for where I found the death date for an ancestor who doesn't appear to have many sources.

Any suggestions as to my next step?

There is an example court record citation at https://www.evidenceexplained.com/sites/default/files/documents/QCsample373.pdf

Can you model that format and use something like this?

John Columbus Mahaney died February 11, 1946, in Vallejo, Solano County, California, USA.<ref>California. Solana County. Circuit Court File 2638-CA-01, Smith vs. Jones, 6 May 1949. Circuit Clerk’s Office, Fairfield.</ref>

Thanks for the example.  You made it sound so much easier than I was anticipating. I'll try to word it in a similar way. Formatting is just not my strong suit.
