http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Bowers-3823 needs sourcing.  Since he is born in 1923 he should be on a 1930 and 1940 census.  Try to include any siblings that might not have a Wikitree profile yet.  This could lead to information regarding the previous generation.  Best wishes.

Her father is shown as William Garrett. You showed July 31 as her date of death and familysearch.org had 01 Aug 1909, which may possibly be the burial date. The birth year is quite different est. of 1817 vs. 1831.
