Everyone must be spending their time with their Mothers.  Sorry for the late chat.  I did not see one posted.
Was wondering if we were going to get a weekend chat....  Thank you for starting it...
In preparation for the up coming 400th anniversary of the Mayflower landing, I thought I would try to fill out as many of my cousins who are descendants of Gov. William Bradford as I could.  I would really like a tag to add to their profiles that says that they are a descendant of Mayflower passenger William Bradford.  I don't know how to go about requesting/making that tag.  I don't even know if it's ok to do.  I'm pretty new to Wikitree.  Would some of you who a more knowledgeable on this please point me in the right direction?

Hi Margaret,

Reach out to the Mayflower Project.

Here is a discussion that may interest you.

Well, I've been working on a printout of the descendents of my 3ggrandfather, William Miller.  I have him with 8 children, but I'm not sure of all of them.  5 of them I'm essentially sure of.  Two more I'm pretty sure of and the 8th I'm not really sure of.  Anyway it's a 25 page Outline Descendant report with a total of about 1000 names.  I've got 2 pages done so far, though a lot of the later names I've already entered, so I probably have 500 new profiles to enter.  So it'll be a handful a day until I get it finished. what with all the other things I am doing.  The weather here in the Phoenix area has been nice.  I think we may have had a day or two of 100 degrees F, but that's pretty common in May and we've also had days in the 70s this month.

I am spending the weekend splitting my time between helping move furniture and other items from my step daughter in law's grandmothers house, working on my camper and at least a little of what is left cleaning up the briar patch that represents my son in law's family tree here on WikiTree.

The Grandma in the above answer died a few months ago and with the grandfather in a nursing home they are preparing to sell the house.
I have helped others move and cleaned out houses too many times.  Be sure to take your favorite pain med each night.
Yes Michael I am living on Advil. Friday night we had to empty our hutch and we got the one from her son's house, it is a little bigger, then they took the old one to give it to someone who needed one. Saturday her son and his wife rented a 6x12 U haul trailer and drove over an hour to load that up and bring it back home while we watched the 4 grand kids, running one to school so that she could rehearse for the choir part of the graduation ceremony and I fixed their older computer. We then helped unload the trailer and took it back along with cooking dinner. Today I had to clean out my shed so that I could find a place to put about 100 square feet of laminate flooring that we will be installing in our home next month. I feel for you if you move after 25 years, we moved after 10 years in the same house and cut our house size about in half, 750 square feet about 2 years ago and it is not fun, but I am glad we did for other reasons.

Been working on moving some of our stuff "tractors'' and junk (that my wife doesn't think I need) to my daughter's barn. Sold my house last week, so it's time to get busy. Will be spending time with our children and grandchildren today at my daughters home. Happy Mothers Day to all.

Ugh,...more moving.  I have at least one more move on the horizon and I need to begin now.  My daughter heads off to college in the fall and my wife and I are considering moving to the East cost for a few years.  Lots of Ancestors for me to research there! New job opportunities for her and she is from Long Island.  I have 25 years of household accumulation to sort through.  Yep, I better get started now.
Michael I have 46 years of stuff, two houses and a pole barn full. Had an auction last year and its still full. We are going to try and Put two houses into one. I have friends on the east coast, and try to go through records every time we visit.

A bright and warm day here in Brightlingsea, Essex England.

Today we had "Blessing & Reclaiming of the Waters"  This ancient ceremony was revived in 2014 and is being held on the nearest Sunday to Ascension Day. Following a service at the Waterside,  our historic fishing smacks along with other vessels parade along Brightlingsea Creek to West Ness to re-assert Brightlingsea's rights to its own waters.

Am as busy as ever, with my many interests...

Hope everyone had a good weekend.....
