Needing parents for Charles McKinnis/McKinniss born PA in 1780

Question

I believe his father may be McKinnis/McKinniss born in Scotland, 1722. Really want to flesh out his mother's side. Currently have Rachel Carr as his wife, b. 1751 in PA. Then tracing her parents.

Charles McKinnis

Charles was born in Bona Bornia, Scotland. Charles was the husband of Rachel Carr McKinnis.
