Wiki updates DNA info every evening. That includes imputing the tests you have taken or if creating/adding new ancestors, it will update over night.
However, this does not mean DNA confirmed, it just means that anyone related to that person most likely will share DNA with the listed DNA Takers on their profile page....
For example, my great great great grandmother died way before DNA so I can only confirm by DNA with her if I can also find 2 cousins not related (not brother and sister but two other separate cousins) and can triangulate the DNA match. then it can be confirmed.
It is a little more complicated, but don't let that scare you. There is a page that explains it, just incase you have not read it and don't be afraid to ask lots of questions.
